Chabad of Buckhurst Hill celebrated five years of service to the wider West Essex community with a special Canapé Appreciation Evening for close friends and supporters.
More than 50 people attended a reception at the Centre in Buckhurst Hill to mark the fifth anniversary of Chabad, which started in the front room of the

rented home of Rabbi and Henny Brandman, director of the Centre.
Paul Graman-Marks spoke of the success of Chabad in the area so far but, more importantly, the further plans for development.
Presentations were made to Neil and Alison Cohen, in recognition of the many events and

kiddushim they have helped cater for the shul; to Paul Benham-Whyte for his services to the security of the building and to Paul and Martine Gromman-Marks for their constant support.
